答：原卫生部《关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》（卫法监发〔2002〕51号），将“鲜白茅根”作为食药物质管理。简单晾晒、烘干等是很多食品原料常用的一般加工工艺，不影响其作为食品原料使用。根据《食品安全国家标准 预包装食品标签通则》（GB7781-2011）规定，预包装食品的标签上应标示配料表，配料表中各种配料的具体名称应能清晰地反映食品的真实属性，且以不使消费者误解或混淆食品的真实属性、物理状态或制作方法为原则。
