风险评估中心丨干芦根是否可以作为食药物质？

答：《中华人民共和国药典》（2020版）收录了芦根，为禾本科植物芦苇Phragmites communis Trin.的新鲜或干燥根茎。原卫生部《关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》（卫法监发〔2002〕51号）将“鲜芦根”列入“既是食品又是药品的物品名单”。干芦根与鲜芦根使用部位一致，是鲜芦根物理脱水后的一种保存方式。根据《按照传统既是食品又是中药材的物质目录管理规定》，芦根（鲜或干）均可作为食药物质。
