经注册或备案的保健食品，其批准证书或备案凭证上仅载明辅料的标准，未载明辅料的供应商，企业在生产时可自行选择符合该标准的具有合法生产资质的供应商，不需另行办理变更申请。

Previous Article：我司计划申报保健食品生产许可，由于我司是新办企业，公司目前也没有注册、备案批文。了解到许可细则里面提到的“可以用拟备案产品”获取生产许可资质，这个“拟备案产品”是理解为公司取得生产许可后计划要备案的产品吗？它的研发进度是否有硬性的要求？如送检证实产品已经是工艺成熟、质量稳定的产品第二，如果同时申报多个剂型（片剂、颗粒剂等）是否每一个剂型均需安排动态的现场核查？第三，申请材料里面的第4点要求提供产品配方和生产工艺等技术材料，这里面需要提供产品的稳定性考察数据？第四，材料15中的其它材料，主要是指哪方面？
