答：藕、冬瓜是我国长期且广泛食用的普通食品，已在食品安全标准管理范围内。因食用习惯和喜好等，藕节、冬瓜皮亦作为藕、冬瓜的一部分使用，目前未发现这两种物质引起食品安全问题的资料。
