我司有一批原卫生部时期批准的保健食品注册证书（证书上没有标注有效期），这些保健食品目前一直处于生产中，并已进行企业标准备案，且无违法违规行为。请问这些原卫生部时期批准的保健食品注册证书是否仍在有效期内？

目前国家市场监管总局暂未对“卫食健字”等无有效期、无产品技术要求的保健食品旧批文统一换证，上述保健食品旧批文继续有效。
