胶囊剂型的空心胶囊为辅料，而产品注册证书的辅料中未列出，请问，产品标签上，是按批准的注册证书中附1 产品说明书的内容标识？还是需在批准注册证书内容的基本上再增加“明胶空心胶囊”的标识内容？
