安全性评价试验中可以使用非定型样品吗？

答：根据《保健食品注册审评审批工作细则（2016年版）》中3.4.2.3.2（2）的规定，原则上，试验应使用完整包装的样品；因检验工作需要确需使用非定型样品的，应提供非定型样品的生产和处理过程，以及食品检验机构出具样品处理的具体要求及必要性和合理性说明。
