答：对于标志性成分检测方法采用《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003版)》的已批准产品，若2003版方法依旧适用本产品则无需提出变更注册申请。确需提出变更注册申请的，应按照《保健食品注册申请服务指南（2016年版）》中“8.变更注册申请材料项目及要求”提供相关材料。与原检测方法相比，拟变更方法的原理与操作步骤未发生变化的，还应提供三批产品新老方法检测比对结果；方法原理或操作步骤发生变化的，还应进行方法学研究，参照GB/T 5009.1《食品卫生检验方法理化部分 总则》，考察拟变更方法的精密度、准确度、线性范围等，并提供研究资料。
