The corn fermentation product is made from corn as the raw material, through processes such as saccharification, fermentation by Corynebacterium glutamicum YP077-1 (YP077-1), membrane filtration, sterilization, concentration, and drying. This declared product is a yellow powder, mainly consisting of amino acids (≥ 60 g/100 g), carbohydrates, etc. It can be used as a food raw material and its application scope does not include infant food. Food safety indicators follow the food safety national standards for seasonings in China. At the same time, the level of ergotamine is ≤ 0.25 mg/kg, and Bacillus pumilus Burkholderia is not detectable (per 25 g).
