1. Approval list of New Food Raw Materials (Novel food): 3 new raw materials
- Mycoprotein from Fusarium venenatum
- Elderberry anthocyanins
- Olive fruit polyphenols
2. GB 2760-2024 Database: 3 new varieties of food additives
- Branching enzyme
- Enzymatically producedsteviol glycosides (new source)
- Steviol glycosides from fermentation
5. GB 14880-2012 Database: 5 new nutrition enhancers
- 2’-fucosyllactose,2’-FL (new source)
- β-Alanine
- Calcium carbonate(Calcified Lithothamniontophiforme source)
- (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt (Expand the scope of use)
- 6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium (Expand the scope of use)
