根据近日国家卫生健康委政务服务平台发布的信息,食规查中《新食品原料终止审查目录》新增1个物质:

  • N-乙酰神经氨酸

本产品是以大肠杆菌SA12(Escherichia coli SA12)为发酵菌种(其来源为大肠杆菌Escherichia coliMG1655,供体为大肠杆菌Escherichia coli和空肠弯曲菌Campylobacter jejuni),以食品级葡萄糖为原料,经菌体发酵、灭菌、过滤、提纯等工艺而制成,与原卫生计生委2017年第7号公告批准为新食品原料的N-乙酰神经氨酸具有实质等同性,终止审查,残留蛋白含量≤100mg/kg,其他按照已公告的N-乙酰神经氨酸有关内容执行。
