食审中心丨婴配乳粉:【配方与研发】哪些情形不属于同一申请人同年龄段配方之间有明显差异?

答:明显差异是指营养特性而非营养成分品种,产品配方及其差异性的基础应为母乳研究、营养学研究成果。以下情形不属于同一申请人同年龄段配方之间有明显差异:

(一)添加的膳食纤维品种和(或)量不同,如低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、多聚果糖、棉子糖、聚葡萄糖、酵母β-葡聚糖等;

(二)添加的核苷酸品种和(或)量不同,如5’-单磷酸胞苷(5’-CMP)5’-单磷酸尿苷(5’-UMP)5’-单磷酸腺苷(5’-AMP)5’-肌苷酸二钠、5’-尿苷酸二钠、5’-鸟苷酸二钠、5’-胞苷酸二钠等;

       (三)添加的活性菌品种和(或)量不同,如动物双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌等。
