风险评估中心丨牡蛎壳是否为食药物质？

答：《中华人民共和国药典》（2020版）中收录了牡蛎（牡蛎科动物长牡蛎Ostrea gigas Thunberg、大连湾牡蛎Ostrea talienwhanensis Crosse或近江牡蛎Ostrea rivularis Gould的贝壳）。卫生部《关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》（卫法监发〔2002〕51号）将牡蛎列入“既是食品又是药品的物品名单”，此名单中列入的牡蛎为《中华人民共和国药典》收录，使用部位为牡蛎贝壳。因此，《中华人民共和国药典》收录的3种牡蛎品种的贝壳为食药物质。
