风险评估中心丨文冠果种仁制备的文冠果油是否需要标示不适宜人群？

答：国家卫生健康委2023年第5号公告《关于文冠果种仁等8种“三新食品”的公告》对文冠果种仁的不适宜人群等要求进行了明确规定。食品生产经营应严格按相关法律法规、标准、公告执行。鉴于文冠果油具有长期人群食用历史，且国家粮食和物资储备局已发布标准《文冠果油》（LS/T3265-2019），因此文冠果油已终止审查，按普通食品管理。
