风险评估中心丨《可用于食品的菌种名单》与《可用于婴幼儿食品的菌种名单》更名后过渡期是如何规定的？

答：国家卫生健康委2022年第4号公告已对《可用于食品的菌种名单》、《可用于婴幼儿食品的菌种名单》进行了更新。对名单中涉及菌种分类和命名调整的，设置2年过渡期。过渡期内新旧菌种名称均可以使用，过渡期满后均需使用更新后的菌种名单。过渡期内生产的使用旧菌种名称的产品可在产品保质期内继续销售。
