答：目前国内外相关机构均未制订针对菌株一致性鉴定的标准方法和判定标准。菌株水平的鉴定需依据其表型、基因等鉴定结果以及菌株来源等资料进行综合判定。基因的鉴定方法有多种，如基于全基因组测序技术的平均核苷酸一致性、单核苷酸多态性、核心基因多位点序列分型等获得学术界广泛认可的技术可用于菌株水平的鉴定。
