答：新食品原料公告中关于婴幼儿和儿童的表述有婴幼儿、儿童、少年儿童、14周岁以下儿童。其中婴幼儿是指0-36个月（包含36个月）人群。儿童、少年儿童和14周岁以下儿童为同一人群的不同表述方式，一般是指3-14周岁（不包含3周岁，包含14周岁）人群。
