风险评估中心丨已经批准的新食品原料公告中的产品“性状”是否需要严格遵守？

答：新食品原料的生产和使用应与公告内容一致。目前，针对新食品原料不同性状的申请，在进行安全性审查中增加对其不同性状的包容性审查，在保障安全的前提下，尽量在公告中予以全面描述。

对于此前个别公告中的性状要求，例如玛咖粉等，经切片、干燥、粉碎等简单物理加工的同源加工品，未改变物质基础，安全性可以保证，也认为属于公告范畴。
