新食品原料终止审查目录

根据近日国家卫生健康委政务服务平台发布的信息,食规查中《新食品原料终止审查目录》新增4个物质,分别为:

1.  谷胱甘肽酵母粉(后更名为“富谷胱甘肽酵母”)

本产品是以酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces Cerevisiae)为菌种,经培养、发酵、酶解、离心或不离心、干燥等工艺制成,主要成分为蛋白质、谷胱甘肽,且含有脂肪、氨基酸和矿物质等。本产品按照《酵母产品质量要求第2部分:酵母加工制品》(GB/T20886.2—2021)的要求执行。

2. 吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐

申报产品是以脱氮生丝微菌(Hyphomicrobiumdenitrificans)JCSS230201菌株发酵、过滤、纯化、脱色、结晶、干燥等工艺制成,与2023年第8号公告中吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐具有实质等同性,除生产工艺外,其他要求按照已公告的吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐有关内容执行。

3. 吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐

本申报产品是以脱氮生丝微菌(Hyphomicrobiumdenitrificans)MQ004-2菌株发酵、过滤、纯化、结晶、干燥等工艺制成,与2023年第8号公告中吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐具有实质等同性,除生产工艺外,其他要求按照已公告的吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐有关内容执行。

4.梁河滇皂荚

鉴于该产品具有地方传统食用习惯,按照《食品安全法》第29条管理,终止审查。
