食品审评中心丨原料已纳入保健食品原料目录，但产品声称的保健功能不在可备案范围的，这类产品如何注册或备案？

答：根据现行《食品安全法》规定，保健食品原料目录应当包括原料名称、用量及其对应的功效。因此，对于声称的保健功能未列入保健食品原料目录原料的，产品仍可以以注册产品受理，按照现行规定开展审评审批工作。

对于已经获得批准证书，或在保健食品原料目录发布前已受理保健食品申请注册的产品，其原料纳入保健食品原料目录的单方产品，功效不符合保健食品原料目录要求的，注册申请人或证书持有人同意按照保健食品原料目录调整产品用量或功效的，也可以作为原注册人。
