Q：请问已发布的保健食品广告，在审批文号到期后，是否需要撤下该广告（发布于企业微信号、室外门店等）?

A：保健食品广告批准文号到期后，应立即停止发布广告，如果广告主在广告批准文号到期后仍继续发布广告，市场监督管理部门将责令停止发布广告，并责令广告主在相应范围内消除影响。
