答:采用有机溶剂提取、纯化、酶解、发酵、合成、破壁等特定前处理工艺制备的保健食品原料,工艺过程复杂,对质量控制要求较高。使用此类原料申报保健食品时,有以下注意事项和审评要求:

一、申请人除应根据《保健食品注册审评审批工作细则》《保健食品注册申请服务指南》等现行规定,提供原料的详细制备工艺、工艺说明、工艺合理性依据、质量要求及质量检验合格证明等申报资料外(有适用的国家、地方、行业相关标准的原料可免于提供生产工艺),还应明确原料来源、生产商信息。

二、技术审评中,将加强此类原料的关联审查,对采用酶解、发酵、合成等特定前处理工艺的原料视同提取物进行审查,并基于风险对原料的合规性和安全性开展关联核查,以确保原料安全、质量可控。
