In order to standardize the procedure for the priority review and approval of registration of food for special medical purpose (FSMP), in accordance with the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Foods for Special Medical Purpose, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has drafted the Procedures for Priority Review and Approval of Registration of Foods For Special Medical Purpose for public feedback. Comments are welcomed before May 30, 2024.
The public can provide feedback via the following channels:
- Visit the official website of SAMR (http://www.samr.gov.cn), and submit opinions under the “Interaction” column on the homepage;
- Send opinions and suggestions via email to tsspsypzcc@samr.gov.cn, with the subject of Opinions on Procedures for Priority Review and Approval of Registration of Foods for Special Medical Purpose; and
- Send opinions and suggestions via mail to the Special Food Division of the State Administration for Market Regulation at No. 9 Madian East Road, Haidian District, Beijing, 100088, with the envelope marked Opinions on Procedures for Priority Review and Approval of Registration of Foods for Special Medical Purpose.
