您好，《关于党参等9种新增按照传统既是食品又是中药材的物质公告》（2023年第9号）配套解读中明确：传统方式通常指对原材料进行粉碎、切片、压榨、炒制、水煮、酒泡等。根据《食品安全法》规定，生产经营的食品中不得添加药品，但是可以添加按照传统既是食品又是中药材的物质。
