以大宗食品为原料提取多糖类物质的多糖类保健食品，申请人应提供多糖类物质详细的制备工艺、质量标准、组成比例、分子量等研究资料，同时应说明其结构特点与功能相关性。以多肽类、核酸类等大分子化合物为活性成分的保健食品应参考上述要求提供申请资料。
