如何制定保健食品标志性成分指标及指标值?

答:标志性成分指标应为产品主要原料含有的性质稳定、能够准确定量、与产品保健功能具有相关性的活性成分或特征成分。对于多原料(包括提取物)组方产品,申请人应综合考虑组方特点、各主要原料所含的活性成分、特征成分、提取工艺等情况,选择制定多个指标。同时,还应根据产品所用原料不同,制定相应指标,如:含大豆异黄酮的产品,应制定大豆苷、大豆苷元、染料木素、染料木苷、大豆异黄酮总量;以阿胶为单一原料或终产品为阿胶的产品,应制定L-羟脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸、特征多肽(以驴源多肽A1、驴源多肽A2计)。

申请人应结合产品生产过程中原料的投入量、成分的转移率或损耗,以及多批次产品的检测结果及检测方法的精密度、重现性等方面制定标志性成分指标值,指标值应与产品配方、原料质量要求、生产工艺等申请材料相关内容相符。标志性成分指标一般按≥指标值标示;法规有限量规定或需制定限量的标志性成分指标应以范围值标示,如:维生素、矿物质、芦荟苷、核酸、辅酶Q10、洛伐他汀、铬或铬化合物、硒或硒化合物等。
