请问跨境电商清单上列明的、且属于《保健食品原料目录》内的保健食品，比如维生素，通过跨境电商进口无需取得保健食品注册/备案，那么，这类食品进口之后在我国是否依然视为保健食品（而非普通食品）进行监管？尤其是能否宣传相应的保健功能（比如维生素对应的保健功能声称标准用语）？

《食品安全法》规定我国的保健食品实行注册与备案双轨制。通过跨境电商形式进口的食品（保健食品）依据个人物品进行监管，不得进行二次销售，同时其不属于我国法规和标准规定的保健食品。
