保健食品标识规定(卫监发(1996)第38号) 7适宜人群 7.3 适宜人群应标于“信息版面”，位于“保健作用”之后，标题为“适宜人群”。而保健食品批文上是“适宜人群、不适宜人群”在“保健作用”之前，那保健食品标签可以按照批文上的顺序吗？还是说两者的要求可以二选其一？
