关于备案保健食品生产许可现场动态核查过程生产的产品上市销售问题：我们司2023年7月12日进行生产许可变更（增加品种）的动态现场核查，生产许可变更动态现场核查时生产的该1批次产品，产品检验合格，在完成上市包装后是否允许上市销售呢？

根据《食品生产许可审查通则》第三十五条“申请人的试制食品不得作为食品销售”，您所咨询的试制保健食品不得上市销售。
