新食品原料（新资源食品）批准清单

根据国家卫生健康委员会发布的2023年第8号“三新食品”公告，新食品原料（新资源食品）批准清单、可用于食品的菌种名单、GB 2760-2014、GB 14880-2012数据库新增以下物质信息：

1. 新食品原料（新资源食品）批准清单：新增3个原料

  • 桃胶（Peach gum）
  • 油莎豆（Tiger nut）
  • 吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐（Pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium（PQQ）salt）

2. 可用于食品的菌种名单：新增1个菌种

  • 肠膜明串珠菌乳脂亚种（Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris）

3. GB 2760-2014数据库：新增3个食品添加剂新品种

  • 丝氨酸蛋白酶（食品工业用酶制剂新品种）
  • 乳酸钙（扩大使用范围）
  • 三赞胶（扩大使用范围）

4. GB 14880-2012数据库：新增3个营养强化剂新品种

  • 乳酸镁
  • 2’-岩藻糖基乳糖
  • 乳糖-N-新四糖
