行政规范性文件《婴幼儿配方乳粉生产许可审查细则（2022版）》已经2022年10月31日市场监管总局第14次局务会议通过，现予公告，自发布之日起施行。原食品药品监管总局2013年12月16日发布的《婴幼儿配方乳粉生产许可审查细则（2013版）》同时废止。
