根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例有关规定，我委组织汇总整理2009年至2021年公告的新食品原料、食品添加剂新品种和食品相关产品新品种（简称“三新食品”）目录及适用的食品安全标准，现予公布。原公告内容与本公告不一致的，以本公告为准。对其中新食品原料目录及适用的食品安全标准设置18个月过渡期。
