Introduction

In accordance with article 37 of Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China Article, companies who plan to use or manufacture new food raw materials, new food additives and new food-related products in China, must apply for and obtain a hygiene license from National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (former NHFPC). The application of new food contact substances (FCN) shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of new food-related products.

In order to help enterprises to apply for the FCN successfully, this Webinar will focus on the introduction of current application status, procedures, required dossiers, difficulties, etc.
