8 Products have Obtained Foods for Special Medical Purpose (FSMP) Registration Certificates in China
On July 3 2018, State Administration for
Market Regulation (SAMR) published a Notice about the registration information
of two FSMP products from ABBOTT NUTRITION, ABBOTT LABORATORIES. This is the
fifth time that SMAR (former CFDA) published FSMP registration approval Notice.

products for 0-12 months old infant. Among them, only one registered FSMP
product is domestic product which is owned by Beingmate, and the other 7
products are all from overseas manufacturers. Thus, it can be seen that imported
products account for predominant percentage among all registered products. The
